Another cycle of my life closes with this album. The past 9 months have been a deep and intense crash course on learning about myself and figuring life out. I still have a long way to go to be in peace with my mind, but I'll get there.

This is my way of trying to deal with depression, anxiety, self-loathing and low self-esteem. Making music helps me put a lot of negative energy out. Not always it is enough, but every little bit of it helps.

I decided to make this album about artists that inspire me and what I understand as music, sound and art. These songs feature interviews with Björk, John Cage, Steven Wilson, Omar Rodriguez-López and Aurora.
All rights for these recordings belong to the people who conducted those interviews.
